When Peter and Karen MacDonald bought this property in PEI, they thought they would have to tear down the log cottage. Darcy was able to ascertain that there was rot in the back wall, but otherwise it was worth saving. He worked side by side with the contractor, showing them how to properly install windows on a log home, for example. Darcy also built three log gables to dramatically change the look of the cottage.
