Karen and I wanted to express our sincere thanks for all that you have done for helping make our summer home a place we will enjoy for years to come. When we purchased the property in August 2017, we thought the log home was beyond repair and our intent was to have it demolished and build new. We decided that we should try to get an expert opinion on the condition of the logs and home. We checked the internet to find someone local to provide that advice and came across your website. We were fortunate that you had a trip planned to PEI to look at another project. To our surprise and delight you advised that the logs were in great shape, with a few that would need resotration.

At that point we started on a journey of restoring the log home over the next few years. We thank you for your guidance and craftsmanship throughout this restoration. Rebuilding and restoring the rotted logs amazed us both. When unexpected surprises surfaced, no shortcuts were taken and you did what was needed to correct the problem to make it right. We were again amazed at your craftsmanship when we decided to add log gables to the roof to change the appearance of the log home. We were able to watch you craft a third gable when we decided to add an additional gable to the front of the cottage.

I know firsthand that our contractor was also very pleased to have your expertise, advice and availability during the renovations.
